Delivery and Cost
Products are delivered by express courier within 1-2 days after order confirmation. The delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and destination country. For orders exceeding €50, delivery is FREE.
Payment Methods
Payment for products can be made at the time of delivery, when the delivery agent arrives with the package at your address. For high-value orders, we reserve the right to request payment of a deposit, based on a proforma invoice. In this situation, you will be notified by phone before the package is prepared.
Delivery Times
The delivery term mentioned above is valid for orders placed Monday through Thursday, until 5:00 PM, with destinations in major cities. For remote locations, delivery will be made within 3-4 business days, without additional charges.
Delivery Address
The delivery address completed in the order form must be the address where you live or wish to receive the products. It can be different from the address on your ID, if you want to receive the package at another location.
