According to consumer protection laws, the right to cancel a purchase applies to individual customers (natural persons). In accordance with international consumer regulations and EU Directive 2011/83/EU for European customers, the withdrawal period expires within 14 days from the date on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the purchased item.
The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, as much as possible in its original packaging, with all accessories, all labels, and all documents that accompanied it. Otherwise, the return of products will not be possible because, in accordance with international consumer protection regulations and EU Directive 2011/83/EU for European customers, “contracts for the supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer are exempt from the right of withdrawal.”
Products showing signs of impact, chipping, scratches, electrical shocks, products showing signs of consumption, intense wear, or prolonged use are not accepted for return.
The money will be returned within 14 business days to the bank account specified by you, only if the returned product meets the return conditions.
