Installation of bioresonance devices

We offer technical support by phone and remote assistance with the purchase of any device from our site, as follows:

✅ 60 minutes of technical support if you encounter difficulties installing the software on your PC/Laptop. This service is provided within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase.
✅ If more than 30 days have passed since purchase, we can offer outsourced technical support, with costs determined based on the time needed to resolve the situation.

Remote technical support can be provided under the following conditions:

✅ Your computer must meet the technical specifications recommended by the manufacturer, both hardware and software.
✅ Make sure you have a good internet connection
✅ You have the AnyDesk application installed on your PC/Laptop (can be downloaded from https://anydesk.com/en/downloads/windows)
✅ The device is accompanied by all accessories.


Please note that as this is an outsourced service, an appointment will be necessary!


    ✓ There are situations where the device cannot be installed or does not function properly (incompatible Windows versions, missing drivers, viruses, other applications that conflict with the device software, etc.). If you encounter such a situation, please contact an IT specialist to help you resolve these issues on the computer where you want to perform the installation.
    ✓ All devices come with installation and usage instructions. Please read these instructions carefully before starting the installation. Make sure to uninstall any older version of the device software (if it has been installed in the past).
    ✓ We recommend temporarily disabling any protection solutions on your computer (antivirus, firewall, etc.) before starting the installation. These applications may incorrectly interpret the device software as a vulnerability and prevent installation. On new computers that come with Windows 11, you will need to navigate to the “device security -> memory integrity” option and set it to off.

    Other useful information for installing bioresonance devices:

    ✅ If the device cannot be installed, please check the functionality of the USB ports and update the driver.
    ✅ If you have a latest-generation PC/Laptop and the installation cannot be performed, contact an IT specialist who can provide you with a virtualization or emulation solution. Virtualization and emulation are two technologies that allow running an operating system or application on another operating system. This could help maintain software compatibility in the future.
    ✅ We recommend using a Laptop/PC with Windows 10. You don’t need a latest-generation PC/Laptop to run the software for these devices. New versions of Windows 11 may have advanced functions that may be incompatible with the device software or may generate errors.
    ✅ If the device has been set up and is functioning properly, we recommend disabling Windows updates, which can also lead to incompatibilities or errors in the future.
    ✅ The computer/laptop you use for diagnostics should be used only for this purpose. Do not use the same PC/Laptop in your day-to-day activities, at the office or at home. Do not install games or other applications that may affect the functionality of the device.
    ✅ Using it for other purposes can lead to interference and potential errors in the results obtained. Please take these aspects into consideration and use the computer only for its intended purpose.
