WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
a) Information that you provide through voluntary completion

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING?

(1) lit. b of Regulation (EU) 679/2016). Once the processing period indicated above expires, and Trend Cookies SRL no longer has legal or legitimate reasons to process your personal data, the data will be deleted in accordance with its procedures, which may involve archiving, anonymizing, or destroying them.
HOW DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION?
We will not disclose your data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes without your consent. However, for the Processing purposes established above, we may share or disclose your personal data to the following entities:
Service providers. We may disclose your information to other companies that provide us with services and act as data processors, such as companies that help us with billing, accounting, payments, transportation, financing, communication, promotion, or that send emails on our behalf. These entities are selected with special care to ensure that they meet specific requirements regarding the protection of personal data, which they do not use for purposes other than those declared.

Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
You do not have this right if the decision is authorized by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject and which also lays down suitable measures to safeguard the data subject’s rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests; or
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Trend Cookies SRL will take appropriate technical and organizational measures, taking into account the nature of the information and the costs associated with implementation, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including by requesting service providers, business partners, or professional consultants to use appropriate measures to protect your personal data.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
We will try to respond to any requests within 30 days. However, the term may be extended for specific reasons related to the specific legal right or the complexity of your request.
Restriction of access: in certain situations, we may not be able to provide you access to all or some of your personal data due to legal provisions. If we refuse your access request, we will inform you of the reason for the refusal.
Inability to identify you: in some cases, we may not be able to search for your personal data due to the identifiers you provide in your request. An example of personal data we cannot query when you provide your name and email address is data collected through browser cookies.
In such cases, if we cannot identify you as a data subject, we are not able to comply with your request, unless you provide additional information that allows identification.
